Milling as a
core competency

Milling

Our core competency is the manufacture of complex and high-precision components from the areas of pneumatics, automation technology, assembly and subassembly. The components are made of special alloys and stand out for their high level of precision in terms of position and shape. Our standard manufacturing processes include multi-axis simultaneous machining and 3D CNC coordinate measuring. All of the processes for manufacturing products are recorded and optimized for our customers until they are ready for series production.

A modern fleet of machines comprising 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling centers serves as the foundation for efficient machining of complex prismatic components. The high-precision multi-axis complete machining of milled parts meets the highest quality standards with efficient conditions. We value streamlined processes and short throughput times and therefore offer you flexible and efficient milling work.

We work with cutting-edge, precise 3-axis to 5-axis CNC milling machines. We use the latest CAD/CAM systems to create efficient CNC programs. As clamping devices, we use standardized and high-precision products that we are able to use throughout the entire manufacturing process or customer- or product-specific clamping gauges for multi-axis machining or for post-machining of cast parts. This is also true for the CAD/CAM department, where designs are created, modified and tested, and process optimization relevant to the manufacturing procedure is determined on the workpiece. In this area, modern technology allows us to simulate the entire manufacturing process of the components in advance and identify collisions of tools with devices and runtimes.

Intermediate and final tests are measured and recorded on 3D measuring machines.

We manufacture milled parts for you up to a 450 X 500 X 300 cube. Various precision milling centers are available for this purpose with 3 + 2-axis or 5-axis simultaneous machining.

Our machines are equipped with an additional axis (3 + 2), which also allows complex milled parts to be manufactured efficiently in one set-up. As with turned parts, we have specialized in lot sizes for milled parts starting from 500 units.

We use automatic saws to size the raw material to the correct dimensions on site before it is processed on our CNC milling machines. We process nearly all machinable materials, including the following:

  • Steel
  • Non-ferrous heavy metals
  • Stainless steel
  • Aluminum alloys
  • Aluminum die cast

In order to meet our customers' high standards for each and every task, we process only brand-name semi-finished products supplied by leading manufacturers and upon request, with a material certificate.
